Axient is seeking a Software Tester to support the 96th Test Wing located at Eglin AFB, FL!
What you will do...
- Translate user requirements into software test cases.
- Participate in team meetings and test reviews.
- Troubleshoot, find, report software bugs.
- Write Formal software documentation.
- Follow CMMI (Level 3) processes for software testing.
- Verify and validate web applications and application programming interfaces (APIs).
- Must be proficient in analysis of complex software requirements & translating into quality test cases, either manual or automated.
- Must have database experience in SQL Server 2019, Stored Procedures, Table Design for testing.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Skills you will need...
- Must have a Bachelor's degree (Computer Science or related field) and 3 years of relevant experience; 5 years of software testing experience highly desired.
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Experience supporting DoD desired.
- Proficient skills in:
- SQL Server
- Stored Procedures
- Table Design testing
- Analysis of complex software
- Selenium or other automation test tools desired
- Team Foundation Server (TFS)/Azure DevOps desired
