Overview:
Based in Northern, VA, Axiologic Solutions LLC has opportunities for you to become part of our high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key Federal clients. We are seeking a IT Strategy Consultant to support our government client strategy and objectives in establishing a Zero Trust capability. The candidate must have excellent written and oral communications. The candidate must be able to think critically, creatively and strategically, have excellent judgment and be able to work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform Strategic research and planning and develop strategies to assist team with short and long-term goals
Develop and maintain artifacts such as briefs, capability charts, milestones and diagrams.
Provide research and consulting expertise on Zero-Trust requirements; to include evaluating architectures against Zero Trust requirements, performing capability gap analysis, and advising leadership on approaches to meet data security goals.
Develop and support the communication and facilitation of team meetings and events.
Responsible for daily customer/stakeholder engagement. Provide regular leadership and executive level briefings.
Provide documented assessment, updates, guidance, and recommendations regarding data governance, roadmaps, processes, and data standards through proactive discovery, recurring engagement, and evaluation of current and future initiatives and capabilities.
Assist mission stakeholders with planning for future data needs in the preparation of reports to DIA leadership on progress with data efforts, with outreach efforts to industry, academic, and other government entities.
Other tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Must have an active/current TS/SCI and must pass CI Poly.
B.A. or B.S. degree required. Master's degree or advanced training in Management Consulting is preferred.
12 years of experience consulting for DoD or IC, with 5 years in IT consulting.
Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience in managing IT projects. IT background with experience in systems development life cycle (SDLC) and different project phases.
Working knowledge of MS Office products such as Word, Excel, Project, SharePoint, and Visio.
Have excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
Strong customer service orientation.
Excellent creative problem-solving skills.
Travel Requirements:
Travel may be required both inside and outside the Washington National Capital Region (NCR).
Level of Responsibility:
Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of administrative/operational needs.
Reporting Chain:
This position reports directly to Axiologic Solutions' assigned Task Order Lead.
Level of Supervision Required:
The supervisor sets the overall objectives and resources available. The employee plans and carries out the assignment, resolves most of the conflicts, coordinates work with others and interprets policy on own initiative. The employee keeps the supervisor informed of progress, potentially controversial matters, or far-reaching implications.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate within a team environment.
Ability to type, sitting or standing, to complete work functions for hours at a time; ability to
move between sitting, standing, and walking on a frequent basis.
This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week on site, Monday through Friday, within the contract hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Salary Range: $185k - $199k
