What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Systems Integrator/SME position at Axiologic Solutions LLC?
Based in Northern Virginia, Axiologic Solutions LLC, has an opportunity for you to become part of our high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key federal clients. We are currently seeking a Lead Systems Integrator/SME to support our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- GEOINT Reporting Subject Matter Expert. Provides key technical input into the development, integration, evaluation, use, and deployment of GEOINT reporting solutions and improvements.
- Self-supervised, with strong leadership experience. Supervises and assists Junior engineers and developers in the delivery of GEOINT reporting capabilities.
- Oversees quality control/quality assurance and for product delivery from the GEOINT Reporting Developer team(s).
- Key participant in CAOS team events including Release Planning Events, and backlog grooming to ensure regular progress.
- Assist scrum teams in mitigating or removing impediments to their progress.
- Promotes consistent design principles, approaches to system design, security, testing, and documentation for team(s).
Required:
- Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of experience, or Masters plus five years of demonstrated experience in GEOINT reporting tradecraft or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in the conduct of agile software development, integration, and delivery of GEOINT reporting or related information technology capabilities.
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
