Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to 3-4 Executive Front Office personnel.
- Book domestic and international travel.
- Manage multiple calendars, and create and track agendas.
- Manage communications inside and outside of the customer organizations for event confirmations, travel itineraries, and other needs.
- Communicate effectively with executive level staff, using excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Using superior time management skills, manage multiple tasks and competing priorities for the Front Office team.
- Maintain professionalism, productivity, and poise in a fast-paced environment.
- Leverage a deep understanding of the customer space and proper interactions with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
