Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead teams to achieve high-quality results on time and within budget. This role is critical to maintaining our reputation for exceptional craftsmanship and service.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations on construction sites to ensure adherence to safety protocols and project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality control and compliance with contract requirements.
- Review work order/contract to provide guidance to team members and resolve any discrepancies.
- Manage resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity.
- Maintain open communication including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Implement training programs for staff on safety practices and operational procedures related to pipeline construction.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in quality control processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Physical Requirements: Ability to climb ladders, access rooftops, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
