- Leadership and Accountability:
- Hold managers and team leads accountable for their deliverables and performance metrics.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Customer Experience:
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients, addressing feedback, concerns, and inquiries to ensure a superior customer experience.
