Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight:
• Manage daily operational workflows across departments to ensure timely and efficient completion of solar installations and roofing projects.
• Oversee end-to-end processes, including project management, supply chain coordination, and team collaboration, to maintain high standards of execution.
• Leadership and Accountability:
• Hold managers and team leads accountable for their deliverables and performance metrics.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Customer Experience:
• Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients, addressing feedback, concerns, and inquiries to ensure a superior customer experience.
• Resolve client issues swiftly and effectively while identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Compliance and Standards:
• Ensure all operations adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with solar and roofing industry best practices.
• Efficiency and Productivity:
• Analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline workflows.
• Drive organizational efficiency through effective resource allocation and cost management.
