Position Summary: The Client Services Specialist is the main point of contact for Client inquiries, providing prompt communication and building strong relationships. This role involves gathering and processing Client information, managing transactions, maintaining accurate account records, and delivering weekly and monthly reports. The Specialist handles escalations professionally, ensures compliance with industry regulations and policies, and keeps account statuses updated.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for Client inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
- Gather and process all Client information and handle transaction management.
- Manage and oversee Client accounts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Complete weekly and monthly Client deliverables and remits timely.
- Address and resolve Client escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain compliance with all industry regulations and internal policies.
- Update account statuses in system of record to properly reflect account placement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve Client issues and ensure alignment with Client standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to provide Client information and updates.
- Manage and process incoming bankruptcy and deceased documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Manage and process incoming mail and dispute documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Complete bi-annual Compliance training and testing.
- Process repurchased accounts.
- Actively participate in weekly and monthly Client performance calls with various Clients.
- Request and distribute media documents as needed.
- Manage Client Services Inbox, Fax, Disputes and Client Inboxes.
- Assist with onboarding new Clients and establishing Client-specific deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Previous experience in collections, financial services, or Client-facing roles is preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with Clients and internal teams.
- High level of accuracy in data entry, account management, and document handling.
- Skilled at identifying issues and providing timely, appropriate solutions to Client concerns.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve Client issues and meet company objectives.
- Ability to adjust to changing Client needs and industry trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
