The Loan Operations Specialist III Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to the following :

Third Party Vendor - Verify Balances

Quarterly QCR Report

Monitor UCC's - File continuations as needed

Submit invoices - Third Party Vendors

Post Rate Changes on CSI system

Serves as the primary contact for all matters relating to loan operations in conjunction with the ABL Portfolio Management team.

Creates and inputs new loans in the system and reconciles the new loan set-up to ensure it adheres to the credit approval memo and loan agreements.

Processes, posts and reconciles loan advance requests in accordance with credit authority.

Assist Dallas Accounting & Finance Dept. with GL entries and cash application corrections, as needed.

EOD / EOM Data Review for ABL Operations ensuring postings and any adjustments / corrections are done prior to closing the records daily / monthly.

Create / update department procedures as needed.

In-depth knowledge of loan operations and loan processing requirements

Train and coach junior specialists

Review and approve work of junior specialists when necessary

Working Conditions

This position is performed in a regular office work environment. Must be able to work independently from remote locations and within the office environment. The incumbent will be expected to be able to work Monday through Friday, and work will mainly be performed at the Maitland location and / or hybrid; occasional evening and weekend work may be required. Flexibility with work location and hours may be granted if circumstances permit.

Qualifications Summary

Education

Associate's degree in Business or equivalent work experience.

Experience

7 plus years of related work experience in Loan Operations and Loan Servicing. Familiarity with CSI core system (NuPoint) preferred. Knowledge of Solifi & Factorsoft preferred. Prior experience with systems linkage (Solfi to core) and systems conversions preferred.

Knowledge & Skills :

Controls over operational risk

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong analytical skills

Track record of effective collaboration and teamwork

Ability to adapt with changing guidance

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.

Proven intermediate math and basic accounting skills.
