The IT Provisioning Analyst’s Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide employees, consultants, contractors and temporary help with the access they need, execute it with consistency, accountability and exceptional customer service.
- Performs addition, removal, changes to users within systems in a timely and complete manner. Modify any existing access as requested through ticketing system while adhering to company policy.
- Design, configuration, and maintenance of the bank’s access provisioning methodology.
- Adherence to established SLAs, established processes, security controls and corporate policies.
- Manage and perform backup and recovery tasks when applicable.
- Maintains inventory of provisioned access. Periodically reviews with Information Security.
- Provides tier II helpdesk support.
- Update knowledge and skills to keep up with rapid advancements in computer technology.
- Attend seminars, workshops, and conferences as necessary to maintain and further expand information technology expertise within the identified areas of responsibility.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Support the bank’s core banking systems.
- Support the bank’s network infrastructure.

- This position is performed in a regular office work environment setting. Will require bending and reaching, and will spend considerable time in front of a computer screen and analyzing information; may require lifting up to 50 lbs., and visual acuity. The incumbent will be expected to be able to work Monday through Friday and work will mainly be performed at the Maitland location; occasional evening and weekend work may be required. Flexibility with work location and hours may be granted if circumstances permit.

Education
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- A Essentials Class Completion
- Network COMPTIA Class completion
- 1-2 years of experience with access provisioning/management
- 1-2 years of experience with Active Directory
- 2-3 years of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
- 1-2 years of Microsoft Office (current versions)
- 2-3 years of Microsoft Windows PC Support Experience
- 2-3 years of experience with general troubleshooting practices regarding servers and end user PC’s.
- 2-3 years of experience with network infrastructure support
- Hands-on technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop operating systems and application software.
- Knowledge of common computing terminology and practices. Strong problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail. Strong customer service orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to apply good judgement and consistently observe best practice security protocols.
