Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Develop methodology and perform the Enterprise Risk Assessment with assistance from the CRO and Chief Compliance Officer.
- Update department KRIs and thresholds and update the Risk Appetite Statement for approval by the Board.
- Assist in the centralization of the ABL and Factoring credit, monitoring, and operational functions.
- Develop the operational and credit framework for the role out of the Business Banking program.
- Work with the Senior Credit Officer and the Chief Credit Officer to implement the Business Banking program.
- Maintain the regulatory Safety & Soundness Program and present results and progress to the Compliance Committee of the Board. Ensure Task owners remediations are complete and on time, escalating to both the CRO and CEO as needed.
- Update ABL monitoring and credit policies
- Coordinate with PAAST and Internal Audit the Credit Review schedules and scope. Monitor and ensure management addresses all issues identified in Credit Review and regulatory Credit exams.
- Collaborate and consult with Commercial Banking Portfolio Management peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Provides advice and guidance to lending management and staff. Consults with lending personnel as to risk on complex or unusual loan requests.
- Works in concert with the Chief Credit Officer regarding examination of lending practices and policies for compliance with regulations.
- Resolves credit policy issues identified internally or by regulators by coordinating due diligence efforts with line of business managers.
- Perform financial research, underwriting, and structuring of highly complex commercial loans for clients and prospects within the banks target markets, including those in both Commercial and Industrial and Axiom Commercial Finance segments, as well as, Commercial Real Estate
- Performed special projects as assigned by the CEO, CRO, and CCO.

Working Conditions
- Typical office environment. Minimal physical effort required, normally seated with freedom of movement on a regular basis. The incumbent will be expected to be able to work Monday through Friday and work will mainly be performed at the Maitland location; occasional evening and weekend work may be required. Fully remote may be considered for candidates out of the area. Flexibility with work location and hours may be granted if circumstances permit.

Qualifications Summary
Education
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business related program.
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of banking with a minimum of 3 years credit and credit managerial experience in policy, analysis, loss mitigation/workout, loan servicing and regulatory compliance.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong analytical and presentation skills, strong managerial skills, team oriented.
- Detail orientation.
- Ability to set and adjust priorities as needed to meet critical deadlines.
- Proficiency in financial statement/credit analysis.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and financial analysis software.
