About The Role
Axiom Builders is looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our team for the development of an multi-phase mixed-use project in Nashville, Tennessee. This first phase of the project will integrate residential, commercial, and recreational spaces, creating a dynamic urban environment. Your support will be crucial in ensuring the project runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and meets budgetary goals. You’ll collaborate closely with a diverse team, manage essential project documentation, and tackle challenges head-on to help us deliver Axioms Builders first development in Nashville.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets;
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution and address any issues;
Help manage the procurement of materials and services, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards;
Monitor project progress and update the Project Manager with regular status reports and documentation;
Support the resolution of any on-site issues or conflicts to minimize delays;
Implement and adhere to project safety protocols and regulatory requirements;
Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Basic understanding of construction methods, project budgeting, and regulatory compliance;
