About the Role
Axiom Builders is looking to grow our Special Projects division with the addition of a Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and supporting project delivery, including cost, project schedules, trade relationships and building quality. In addition, this role will have the opportunity to develop and mentor project coordinators and new construction professionals to ensure the department is set up for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects and ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
Lead contract negotiations and management with our trade partners;
Update the established construction schedule, preparing change order management and progress draws;
Maintain and control comprehensive project documentation in a detail oriented manner;
Manage and build strong relationships with vendors, third party contacts, consultants, engineers and subtrade partners.

Skills and Experience
At least five (5) years of experience in tenant improvement and special projects construction;
Certificate, diploma or degree in Construction or a related field or relevant experience in a special projects or interior construction role;
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Procore, and Excel;
Ability to communicate and represent Axiom Builders professionally;
Ability to motivate and establish effective relationships with trade partners;
General understanding of retail or commercial spaces in high-rise concrete towers will be considered an asset.
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
