Additional Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and industry-specific software: Ability to utilize these tools effectively in daily tasks.
- Good phone etiquette: Professional communication skills both in-person and over the phone.
- Efficient with all projects: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Adept at learning new computer systems and administrative processes: Willingness and capability to quickly grasp and utilize new technologies.

Responsibilities: Included but not limited to
- Be the welcoming face for our patients, offering friendly and empathetic service.
- Schedule appointments and address patient needs efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and inviting reception area.
- Update patient records with precision and confidentiality.
- Assist with patient examinations and treatments as part of our dedicated team.
- Handle payments and financial inquiries.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism.
