What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
- Manage crews, subcontractors, and resources efficiently.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure quality standards are met.
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide solutions.
- Communicate progress and updates with the project manager and stakeholders.
What You’ll Need:
- Extensive experience as a superintendent or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety standards.
- Flexibility to travel and work on different job sites.
