Job Description: We are looking for an Aerospace Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and our team.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, and complaints related to aerospace components and services.
- Utilize technical knowledge to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, including product specifications, availability, pricing, and lead times.
- Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and engineering teams to ensure timely order processing, fulfillment, and delivery.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, escalating complex matters as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to anticipate future requirements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years in customer service, preferably within the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex aerospace products and processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
