What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Representative position at Axiom Equipment Group?
We are currently looking for a driven and goal-oriented Business Development Representative who will play a key role in identifying potential clients, creating interest in Axiom products, and methodology process to generate warm leads for the Client Relation’s team. The Axiom Equipment Group team brings unbeatable product expertise that creates innovative and effective solutions for our customers projects.
Hiring Locations : Regina, SK | Oxbow, SK | Los Angeles, CA | New Jersey
Key Responsibilities will include :
- Prospecting and researching potential customers.
- Qualifying prospects to determine if they are a good fit for Axiom’s product / service.
- Research target projects in assigned areas of North America
- Qualify projects to determine if fit the Axiom Project Target Criteria
- Book discovery calls with key contacts to generate interest and opportunities
- Book discovery / methodology calls with target projects to generate interest and opportunities
- Customer Communication – emails, texts, phone calls, etc.
- Documentation through Pipedrive (CRM Software)

7 : 00 – 5 : 00 pm, Monday – Friday
Job Type : Full-time, Permanent (in-house)
