We can assist individuals with a wide depth of psychological, social, mental, emotional, addiction, and spiritual challenges through psychiatric evaluations, medication management, individual, group and family therapy.
Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner
Axiom Family Counseling Services, Inc. is seeking a certified registered nurse practitioner or PMHNP for our growing facility! We are located at 3 Kensington Square, New Kensington PA 15068. Part time to full time positions available!
-Provide medical diagnosis, treatment, evaluation, and management of a wide range of mental health issues/disorders including the use of psychotropic medication prescriptions and management
-Ability to see both children, adolescents and adults
-Obtain patient histories
-Complete required clinical documentation
-Conduct therapy as needed
-Ability to communicate with all members of treatment team
-Serve as consultant and/or educators for families and staff
-Complete ongoing trainings in scope of licensure
-Must be licensed in the state of Pennsylvania
-Must have prescriptive authority
-Adhere to company policies and procedures
-Exceptional pay dependent upon experience
