Job Title: Biovia OneLab Lab Equipment Integration Specialist
Location: Richmond, VA (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months (Contract)
Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Biovia OneLab Specialist with strong experience integrating lab equipment into digital lab systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, connecting, and troubleshooting lab instruments such as balances and moisture analyzers within a networked environment, ensuring smooth and accurate data transfer to the Biovia OneLab platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Integrate various laboratory devices (balances, moisture meters, etc.) with Biovia OneLab.
Resolve connectivity and data transmission issues across lab instruments.
Collaborate with the client's IT team to configure and maintain proper network settings.
Create and maintain integration documentation and provide user training as needed.
Ensure seamless and compliant data flow between equipment and software systems.
Required Skills:
5 years of hands-on experience with Biovia OneLab.
5 years of experience integrating laboratory equipment in networked environments.
Strong understanding of data communication protocols (USB, RS232, Ethernet).
Experience working with lab IT infrastructure and troubleshooting hardware/software connections.
Excellent communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills.
