Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IVR Chatbot Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IVR technology, cloud-based solutions, and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Proficiency in Genesys Cloud CX and IVR development.
- Deep understanding of IVR technology, telecommunication systems, and associated software and networks.
- Hands-on experience in developing and managing speech recognition systems and grammars.
- Experience integrating third-party solutions such as AWS Lambda (NodeJS/Python), Lex, Amelia, Polly, Salesforce CRM, and Google CCAI.
- Expertise in web services, APIs, and integration protocols (SOAP, VXML, SQL, XML, REST) to connect telephony systems with other enterprise systems.
- Strong software development skills in object-oriented programming languages, with the ability to design, build, and maintain complex IVR applications.
