About the Role:
Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML-based solutions within the Pega Next Best Action (NBO) platform, delivering personalized customer experiences and optimized decision-making processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into AI/ML-driven decision strategies within Pega’s Customer Decision Hub. Integrate AI/ML models and analytics tools with Pega NBO to drive predictive customer engagement, operational efficiency, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Strong experience with Pega NBO and Pega Customer Decision Hub, including designing and implementing decision strategies, adaptive models, and Next Best Action strategies.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and techniques, such as propensity modeling, predictive analytics, and personalization algorithms.
- Expertise in data transformation and model deployment using tools like Pega’s Design Studio, Data Flow, and Anypoint Platform.
- Knowledge of integrating AI/ML models into decisioning frameworks, utilizing data science platforms and cloud-based analytics (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with API design and integration, including RESTful APIs and data services.
- Familiarity with data governance, security standards, and compliance within AI/ML systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams to ensure AI/ML projects meet organizational goals.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
