Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SAP Customer Checkout (CCO) Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with both internal teams and clients to implement, configure, and optimize the SAP CCO solution. You will leverage your expertise to ensure the seamless integration of SAP CCO with other SAP systems, including SAP S/4HANA and SAP Commerce Cloud, to enhance retail operations, improve the customer experience, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- SAP CCO Implementation: Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP CCO for clients, ensuring a smooth integration with existing systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA and SAP Commerce Cloud.
- Consulting & Requirements Gathering: Work directly with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP CCO solutions. Ensure solutions are aligned with client goals and best practices.
- System Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize SAP CCO modules to meet business requirements, including POS transactions, product management, payment processing, and reporting features.
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration between SAP CCO and other SAP systems, including real-time data synchronization and order processing.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct system testing to ensure functionality and resolve issues or bugs in collaboration with technical teams.
- Training & Support: Provide training to clients’ POS teams and end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the SAP CCO solution. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with SAP product updates and trends in retail operations. Proactively suggest improvements and optimizations for SAP CCO implementations.
- Customer Experience Optimization: Assist clients in improving customer experience by implementing features like loyalty programs, personalized offers, and other customer engagement tools within SAP CCO.
- Reporting & Analytics: Set up and configure reporting and analytics tools within SAP CCO to provide valuable insights into sales, customer behavior, and inventory management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in SAP CCO implementation, configuration, and support.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, point-of-sale systems, and customer experience management.
- Experience integrating SAP CCO with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Commerce Cloud.
- Hands-on experience in SAP CCO system configuration, including POS, payment processing, and inventory management modules.
- Knowledge of SAP CCO analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
