Job Description
Axiom Law is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our SEM and Paid Social efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.

- 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEM and Paid Social.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful SEM and Paid Social campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Strong preference for a candidate with B2B marketing experience.
- Experience with advanced bidding strategies and automation tools.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising and ad tech platforms.
- Experience with A / B testing and multivariate testing.
- Experience with CMS and CRM platforms, such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Certification in Google Ads and / or Facebook Blueprint.

Develop and execute comprehensive SEM and Paid Social strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience segmentation to optimize campaign performance.
Identify opportunities for A / B testing and continuous optimization.
Manage the day-to-day operations of SEM and Paid Social campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc).
Create, launch, and optimize ad campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and revenue.
Monitor campaign performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
Oversee budget allocation and pacing for SEM and Paid Social campaigns.
Track and analyze campaign costs to ensure efficient spending.
Generate regular performance reports, including key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Utilize analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, content, programs, web development) to execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Axiom's total rewards philosophy is to be transparent and equitable with all job candidates. The annual base salary range for this role based in Dallas is $84,500 - 95,000. You will also be eligible to participate in our Annual Bonus Plan which on target would be 20% of your base salary for a Manager level role in our Marketing business unit. Please note that the final compensation is determined by several considerations, including the quality of your experience and expertise, your ability to immediately contribute to Axiom, your potential to move up to the next level, the market you are located in, and other business considerations.
