What You’ll Do
- Lead Center Operations : Oversee and streamline daily center activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment.
- Drive Student Success : Provide hands-on support, conduct assessments, and advocate for each student’s unique needs and learning profile.
- Develop & Motivate Your Team : Guide, train, and inspire staff through regular meetings, performance feedback, and team-building initiatives.
- Foster Relationships : Collaborate with parents, teachers, and educational specialists to create a supportive and integrated community for student growth.
- Grow the Business : Engage in business development, local marketing, and community outreach to expand our impact.
- Manage Client Relations : Serve as the primary point of contact for families and community partners, ensuring a stellar experience from start to finish.
