Known for their client-focused approach, the team works closely with state and federal agencies, including the Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), to ensure all projects meet rigorous quality standards. The team is currently engaged in innovative aviation infrastructure projects that combine cutting-edge design with practical, real-world applications.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT :

  • Manage aviation engineering projects, ensuring successful delivery in scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Perform engineering calculations and analysis for aviation and civil designs aligned with ALDOT and FAA specifications.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, coordinating project planning, scoping, scheduling, funding applications, and agency communication.
  • Provide oversight and mentoring to junior staff on design and construction services.
  • Prepare high-quality design documents, exhibits, and reports using MicroStation / OpenRoads and other design platforms.
  • Uphold quality assurance standards throughout project development and production processes.

    • ARE YOU AN AVIATION ENGINEERING ROCK STAR?

    Experience :

  • Minimum of 5 years in aviation or civil engineering (roadway or site design).
  • Proven knowledge of FAA-related projects preferred.

    • Technical Skills :

  • Proficiency in MicroStation / OpenRoads or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Strong engineering calculation and analysis capabilities.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Alabama preferred.

    • Soft Skills :

  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Other Requirements :

  • Valid drivers license with the ability to travel (0-25%) to project sites in various weather conditions.
