As we expand our reach, we’re looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team and help us grow our client base.


Responsibilities:

Aggressive New Business Acquisition:

  • Proactively identify, target, and pursue new business
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify key decision-makers and potential clients.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the value of our services.
  • Negotiate and close deals, securing long-term client partnerships.

Relationship Building & Client Engagement:

  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert insights and recommendations on talent solutions.
  • Proactively identify client needs and tailor solutions to address their specific challenges.
  • Maintain consistent communication and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.

Sales Performance & Reporting:

  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on sales progress and market insights.

Collaboration & Internal Partnership:

  • Work closely with our delivery organization to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Provide clear and concise communication to ensure alignment and success.
  • Work within our CRM and ATS systems to track sales progress.


Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Hunter: 1-4 years of demonstrated success in a sales-focused business development role, preferably within the staffing or talent solutions industry.
  • New Business Expert: Proven ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
  • Relationship Builder: Exceptional ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting client relationships.
  • Hunter Mentality: A proactive and driven approach to sales, with a strong desire to exceed targets.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present compelling proposals.
