Operating in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, the finance team collaborates to ensure cost and budget analysis aligns with corporate and regulatory requirements. With a strong emphasis on data integrity, internal controls, and financial reporting, the team plays a critical role in supporting operations. Current initiatives include optimizing inventory master data processes, enhancing SAP S / 4 integration, and improving financial compliance measures.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT :
Maintain and manage inventory master data, including creating, modifying, and deleting inventory records in SAP S / 4.
Oversee inventory item routing, stockroom assignments, and group categorization, ensuring data accuracy and system consistency.
Coordinate stockroom transfers, including bulk items, expired finished goods, and sample rejections.
Monitor and request updates to lot number expiration dates and last available dates for inventory items.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory balances between multiple systems, including Aurora, Warehouse, SAP S / 4, and WMOS.
Request and oversee physical inventory cycle counts to verify stock levels.
Track and arrange bulk item returns to suppliers with necessary documentation.
Assist in the annual DEA physical inventory count and ensure regulatory compliance.
Support financial compliance initiatives related to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), SEC, and GAAP requirements.
Participate in cross-training activities to develop expertise in cost management and accounting functions.
ARE YOU A COST MANAGEMENT ROCK STAR?
Education & Experience : Bachelors degree in finance or accounting with 1-3 years of accounting experience.
Technical Expertise : Experience with automated accounting systems, preferably SAP S / 4 or other integrated ERP solutions.
Financial Analysis Skills : Strong ability to analyze costs, manage multiple projects, and meet reporting deadlines.
Technical Proficiency : Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and data management.
Attention to Detail : Strong organizational skills to manage inventory data and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Communication & Collaboration : Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and compliance teams.
Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory and cost data.
