HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

ARE YOU A DATA ANALYST ROCK STAR?

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a data analytics role with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, and pattern identification.
• Strong ability to develop hypotheses, implement research plans, and identify key business questions.
• At least 3 years of cross-functional experience working with teams in marketing, sales, product, and operations.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Quicksight, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning models, and forecasting methods.
• Advanced skills in Python and SQL for data manipulation and model development.
• Mastery of Excel, including macros, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
• Experience with data lakes and cloud platforms for data processing and analytics.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
• Preferred experience in the home construction industry, particularly in resource optimization and project efficiency.
