HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

ARE YOU A DATA ANALYST ROCK STAR?
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a data analytics role with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, and pattern identification.
- Strong ability to develop hypotheses, implement research plans, and identify key business questions.
- At least 3 years of cross-functional experience working with teams in marketing, sales, product, and operations.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Quicksight, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning models, and forecasting methods.
- Advanced skills in Python and SQL for data manipulation and model development.
- Mastery of Excel, including macros, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
- Experience with data lakes and cloud platforms for data processing and analytics.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Preferred experience in the home construction industry, particularly in resource optimization and project efficiency.
Salary : $80,000 - $125,000
