HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Design and implement scalable hybrid data architectures to support analytics, machine learning, and near real-time data processing.
• Oversee data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage and mentor a team of data professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Partner with key stakeholders to align data initiatives with organizational goals and act as a trusted advisor on data-related decisions.
• Drive cloud migration efforts, ensuring seamless transitions while optimizing performance and minimizing disruption.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.

ARE YOU A DATA ARCHITECTURE EXPERT?

• 10 years of experience in data architecture, data management, or governance roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing hybrid cloud and on-premise data architectures.
• Strong background in data governance frameworks and driving organizational change.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, and on-premise database technologies (e.g., Oracle, Greenplum, SQL Server).
• Hands-on experience with data integration, ETL processes, and data modeling.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and inspire teams.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of aligning data initiatives with business goals.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Certifications in data architecture, cloud platforms, or data governance (e.g., Microsoft Certified Azure Architect).
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka) and data science frameworks (e.g., Python, machine learning platforms).
• Knowledge of Life/LTC Insurance processes and terminology.
