HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will drive recruitment initiatives and ensure the selection of high-potential candidates. Your responsibilities include:

• Executing strategic recruitment and selection initiatives to support annual hiring goals.
• Building a strong referral source network within the organization.
• Maintaining an applicant tracking system and providing recruitment activity reports.
• Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Leveraging social media and networking to build relationships and promote company culture.
• Conducting pre-screen interviews, assessments, and first-round interviews.
• Managing candidates throughout the full selection, onboarding, and training process.
• Actively participating in company training and professional development programs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least one year of recruiting or related experience in a corporate setting.
• Ability to work on-site in West Hartford, Monday–Friday.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, or corporate recruitment.
• Background in financial services, sales, or professional networking is a plus.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing, applicant tracking systems, and social media recruitment strategies.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to leverage digital platforms for talent engagement.
• A proactive, high-accountability approach with a results-driven mindset.
