HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will drive recruitment initiatives and ensure the selection of high-potential candidates. Your responsibilities include:
- Executing strategic recruitment and selection initiatives to support annual hiring goals.
- Building a strong referral source network within the organization.
- Maintaining an applicant tracking system and providing recruitment activity reports.
- Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Leveraging social media and networking to build relationships and promote company culture.
- Conducting pre-screen interviews, assessments, and first-round interviews.
- Managing candidates throughout the full selection, onboarding, and training process.
- Actively participating in company training and professional development programs.

Required Qualifications:

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, or corporate recruitment.
- Background in financial services, sales, or professional networking is a plus.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing, applicant tracking systems, and social media recruitment strategies.
