HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT :
Provide technical support to end users, troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues.Manage IT helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, copiers, and other technology devices.Support VPN, MFA technologies, and IT security protocols to ensure system security.Perform preventative maintenance, including workstation cleanup and software updates.Document and maintain IT processes, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides.Assist with user settings, permissions, and account management in Windows Active Directory and Azure AD.Support IT infrastructure projects, including firewall technologies, network devices, and VoIP phone systems.Participate in corporate-wide IT projects and facility-specific initiatives to improve IT operations.ARE YOU A HELP DESK ANALYST ROCK STAR?
Experience : 2 years in an IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support role.Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of computers, laptops, printers, copiers, and peripherals.IT Security & Networking : Familiarity with VPN clients, MFA technologies, firewall technologies, and IT ticketing systems.Software & Systems : Experience with O365, Windows Server, Azure AD, and Active Directory.Communication Skills : Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users and collaborate with leadership.Preferred Qualifications :Experience with VoIP phone systems, video surveillance, and door security systems.Knowledge of CMMC and NIST security standards is a plus.IT certifications (CompTIA A , Network , Security ) are a plus.This is an exciting opportunity to work in IT support within the aerospace industry, providing hands-on technical assistance while growing your expertise in enterprise-level IT systems.
