HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Provide essential support to ensure the agency meets clients' life, health, and employee benefits needs.
- Facilitate Medicare and individual health enrollments.
- Serve as a professional point of contact, promoting the company image with a helpful and friendly demeanor.
- Assist clients with inquiries and manage various administrative tasks in a timely, efficient, and client-centered manner.
- Support internal operations by performing miscellaneous duties as assigned and helping maintain a positive team environment.
ARE YOU AN INSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE ROCK STAR?
- Tennessee Life and Health Insurance License (required or willingness to obtain).
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Excel and various computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and flexible with a strong work ethic.
- Experience with Blue Cross Blue Shield of TN, AFLAC, Colonial Life, and EASE (preferred but not required).
