How You Will Make an Impact

As a Sales & Business Development Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's market presence, driving revenue growth, and building long-term client relationships. Your key responsibilities include :

  • Drive New Business : Identify, engage, and close deals with clients needing IT services.
  • Manage the Sales Cycle : From prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiations and deal closures.
  • Build Client Relationships : Understand business challenges and propose tailored IT solutions.
  • Stay Industry-Informed : Keep up with trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with Leadership : Work alongside company executives to develop sales strategies and contribute to the team's success.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting :
  • Research and identify new business opportunities and target markets.
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to generate high-quality leads.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking engagements to build and expand the client base.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution :
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Conduct discovery meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and update the CRM with accurate client interactions and deal progress.
  • Client Relationship Management :
  • Serve as the primary contact for new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with project coordinators and support teams to ensure seamless client transitions.
  • Market Research & Analysis :
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Provide insights and feedback to product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
  • Reporting & Performance Metrics :
  • Track and report on key performance indicators, including sales conversions, revenue targets, and pipeline health.
  • Utilize data insights to refine sales strategies and optimize business development efforts.

    The ideal candidate brings strong sales acumen, business development expertise, and a passion for driving client success.

  • Experience : 2-5 years in IT sales, and strategic sales techniques, with a strong track record of closing deals.
  • Industry Knowledge : Background in selling IT services , software development, or web solutions .
  • Business Development Skills : Experience in high-volume sales environments (e.g., staffing, digital marketing, managed services, cybersecurity).
  • Sales Adaptability : Ability to quickly learn and sell different IT service verticals.
  • Tech Savvy : Proficiency in digital marketing and lead generation tools.
  • Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written abilities for presenting solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Motivated & Competitive : Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to exceed targets.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales strategies.
