HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT :
Gather, analyze, and execute business requirements for conversational AI solutions.
Develop functional specifications, user stories, and test documentation to guide solution delivery.
Define and configure analytics categories through call listening, transcript analysis, and contextual understanding.
Build, test, and refine dashboards tailored to various business use cases and stakeholders.
Continuously improve AI solutions by tuning keywords, phrases, business rules, and enhancing analytics models.
Analyze solution outputs, identify insights, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless delivery of AI-driven products and services.
Contribute feedback and insights to shape the organization's product roadmap and innovation initiatives.
ARE YOU AN AI PRACTITIONER ROCK STAR?
Experience :
3-5 years of experience in AI solutions .
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in conversational AI product knowledge, AI tuning, CX / Contact Center analytics, and DLM implementation.
Experience in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and methodologies.
Familiarity with AI concepts, including generative AI and prompt engineering.
Tools and Technologies :
Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (Lucid and Visio are a plus).
Familiarity with API integrations and beginner-level knowledge of JavaScript, Python, Node.js, or jQuery.
Additional Skills :
Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
Knowledge of contact center operations, products, and related business processes.
