Global Transformation Leader
LOCATION: Remote with travel to Boston and limited international travel
CONTRACT: 12 months

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
As a Senior Program Manager, your leadership and expertise will drive success in the following areas:
- Leading global shared services transformation initiatives from strategy to execution.
- Engaging directly with senior executives, including CFOs and COOs, to align on organizational goals and strategies.
- Designing, implementing, and optimizing shared service or GBS operations across finance and customer service functions.
- Managing large-scale Oracle Cloud implementation projects, ensuring seamless adoption and operational excellence.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish new shared service models and optimize business processes.
- Delivering measurable outcomes in efficiency, cost optimization, and service quality improvements.
ARE YOU A SHARED SERVICES TRANSFORMATION ROCK STAR?
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in program/project management, with expertise in shared service and GBS transformations.
- Proven success leading multinational transformation initiatives, with exposure to finance and customer service operations.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to engage and influence senior leaders, including CFOs and COOs.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud implementation or similar enterprise solutions (preferred).
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in designing and building shared services from the ground up.
- A track record of delivering results in complex, fast-paced environments.
