About the Role
As a Claims Payment Analyst at Axiom, you will be responsible for processing claim payments accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with company guidelines. This role involves reviewing claims, troubleshooting payment issues, and providing support to internal teams and external partners. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service are key to success in this position.
Essential Job Functions:
- Review claims received via the claims fax/email box.
- Process claims that meet Axiom’s policy guidelines by approving payments to customers or repair shops.
- Escalate claims that do not meet guidelines to a Mechanical Claims Analyst for further review.
- Set up manual check payments for claims requiring alternative payment methods.
- Assist the Claims Department and servicing centers with payment-related questions.
- Troubleshoot payment issues with auto repair service shops.
- Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
