About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Input and update large volumes of data into systems while ensuring accuracy and proper formatting.
- Validate and audit data to maintain consistency and integrity across databases.
- Manage and organize data within databases, optimizing workflows for accessibility and usability.
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, Access, and SQL to perform data tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot data issues and implement process improvements.
- Document processes and maintain data management best practices.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in Data Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
- Experience with CRM tools and database management systems.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL for data querying and management.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to ensure data accuracy and identify inconsistencies.
- Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication to collaborate with teams and document processes clearly.
