Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and showcase available units
- Assist prospective tenants with the leasing process and answer any questions they may have
- Maintain relationships with current tenants and address any concerns or issues they may have
- Utilize AppFolio software to track leads, follow up with prospects, and manage lease agreements
- Prior experience in Property Management, sales, customer service, or real estate is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations
