Apartment Remodeling Technician

Location : DeKalb, IL

Salary : $25 - $41.50 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities :

Perform all remodeling tasks, including but not limited to painting, flooring installation, drywall repair, and general carpentry work .
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Communicate effectively with property managers to address concerns and requests.
Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure worksite.

Qualifications :

Prior experience in apartment remodeling or a similar field.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
