Job description
We are looking for self driven maintenance technician to work on a 1099 basis. The work is per job at an hourly rate between $20-$40 an hour DOE. There is plenty of work to be done and you pick your own hours. We are looking for 3-5 people to start immediately with a background in general repairs such as minor plumbing, electrical, and wall repair. You must have you own tools and transportation. You will not be required to stop by the office ever if you like. You will be on your own doing you own thing. New jobs will pop into your phone app daily and you can go get them done on your own schedule. This 1099 vendor position is for someone who is motivated themselves, that need no follow up, and can reliably be found working. The amount of work given will range from part time to full time and that will depend on your work ethic and ability to complete tasks. Applicant must have smart phone. No formal education required.
