Axiom Property Management, based out of Kansas City, is an owner / operator in the multifamily industry with more than 20 properties in the Kansas City market.

Immediate Opportunity :
Axiom Property Management has an immediate opportunity for a Community Manager to join our team in the Shawnee Mission, KS area. Some of the duties include but are not limited to the general oversight of one apartment community totaling approximately 130 units. The responsibilities include managing income collection, resident relations, marketing, and administrative duties that are involved in the day-to-day operations of the community, among other things.
Compensation : $24-$26 / hr. based on experience
