What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Agent Tucson branch position at Axiom Property Management?
The Leasing Director Position will coordinate the leasing of our Tucson Arizona branch. This position is a desk job with the occasional trip to a property. There is paid vacation time and sick leave time that will be made available. Must have computer skills typing 30 words a minute, word, excel and a basic internet skills. Bilingual Spanish and English is preferred but not required. You must already have a real estate license. The Leasing Director job description is as follows.
Answering new prospect and tenant questions
Depositing Rents
Approving Bills to be paid
Coordinating Legal Evictions
Filling and signing lease documents with tenants
Communicating with tenant about move out or eviction
Coordinating marketing of vacant units
Coordinating showing of vacant units
Screening of applications
Notifying applicants of acceptance or rejection
Entering new tenant information
