Maintenance Technician
Axiom Property Management, based out of Kansas City, is an owner/operator in the multifamily industry with 30 properties with more than 3,000 units in the greater Kansas City Metro and surrounding areas. This includes properties in Eudora, Tonganoxie and Lawrence, Kansas (totaling 246 units).

Maintenance Technician
Axiom Property Management has an immediate opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The position will be based out of Eudora, Kansas and will primarily service two properties in Lawrence (106 units) and assist, when needed, at one property in Eudora and one in Tonganoxie (140 units).
The key responsibilities are to ensure that all maintenance tickets are completed in a timely manner, perform preventative maintenance of the properties and assure that vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to “market ready” status according to the Regional Manager’s timetable. In addition, the Maintenance Technician will assist with grounds, swimming pools and other tasks assigned by the Regional Manager or the Community Manager.
**Base Hourly Rate: $24/hr to $27/hr based on industry experience**
Experience & Requirements:
- Ability to pass a criminal/driving record check
- Valid Driver’s License
- Own reliable transportation
- Positive References
- 2 years of related experience
