We are seeking a Business Development Director to spearhead strategic collaborations with globally significant enterprises, financial institutions and the wider Web3 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and close high-value deals with enterprises and institutions looking to integrate blockchain-powered solutions, including Layer 2 scaling, tokenization platforms, and decentralized applications.
- Infrastructure Development: Build relationships with critical infrastructure providers such as wallets, payment APIs, stablecoin platforms, and tokenization services to accelerate adoption.
- Market Expansion: Forge partnerships with financial institutions, blockchain startups, technology providers, and VCs to expand the ecosystem and drive adoption across industries.
- Industry Advocacy: Represent the platform at key industry events, conferences, and forums, acting as a thought leader and champion for blockchain technology.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Engineering and Product, to deliver seamless integrations for partners.
- Market Insights: Stay attuned to market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments, sharing insights with internal teams to refine strategy and offerings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 5 years in business development or sales within financial services, capital markets, or asset management, coupled with blockchain expertise.
- Blockchain Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain applications such as DeFi, tokenization, stablecoins, wallets, and exchanges.
- Relationship Builder: Proven track record of establishing and nurturing high-level partnerships to drive growth and adoption.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of navigating the fast-evolving blockchain space.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to present complex blockchain solutions to diverse audiences.
