About the Role

We are seeking a Product Operations Associate specializing in digital asset market operations. In this role, you will drive critical processes, optimize workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally to support the seamless execution of blockchain-based token products. You’ll work with key stakeholders, including protocols, custodians, authorized participants, institutional service providers, and market-making communities.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting the operations of digital asset-based products, particularly in areas like stablecoins, liquid staking tokens, or protocol-based financial products. A strong understanding of systems design, process improvement, and product management principles is a plus. This role is perfect for someone passionate about blockchain technology, eager to operate independently, and interested in helping build cutting-edge digital asset solutions.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Manage key on-chain and off-chain operations for blockchain-based products.

🔹 Ensure operational excellence with meticulous attention to detail and process execution.

🔹 Drive cross-functional projects that support strategic growth, leveraging new technologies and best practices.

🔹 Coordinate with trading platforms, custodians, service providers, and counterparties to ensure seamless integration and operational workflows.

🔹 Monitor and escalate operational risks, identifying areas for improvement and increased efficiency.

🔹 Tackle ad-hoc challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

🔹 Support inquiries by compiling and analyzing historical transactions, fund flows, and internal controls.

Qualifications

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

✔ 1 years of experience in product operations at a blockchain protocol or CeFi/DeFi-based digital asset company.

✔ Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for scalable blockchain products that deliver real-world value.

✔ Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to define, develop, and implement solutions.

✔ Experience working with leading custodians and institutional infrastructure (e.g., Copper, Fireblocks, Anchorage) and Tier 1 centralized and decentralized exchanges.

✔ Demonstrated passion for blockchain technology and financial markets.

✔ Strong quantitative, communication, and presentation skills.

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

✔ Experience in data analytics, quantitative analysis, and data manipulation.

✔ High attention to detail, with a risk mitigation and control mindset.

✔ Ability to navigate and coordinate with multiple teams across the organization.

Nice to Have

✅ Strong understanding of financial and cryptocurrency markets, including derivatives and spot trading.

✅ Familiarity with product management principles and the ability to contribute to product refinement and design.

✅ Knowledge of Python, SQL, or other data exploration tools.

✅ Experience with smart contracts (Solana, EVM), on-chain simulation tools (Tenderly, etc.), and token operation mechanics.

✅ Self-motivated learner with a desire to deep-dive into technical blockchain concepts.

Location & Compensation

📍 New York-based role with a hybrid work model (Monday – Wednesday in office).
