What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Health - PTA - PRN - Physical Therapy Assistant position at AXIOM REHAB?
Axiom Rehab is searching for a passionate and caring PTA to become part of our team. Duties will include administering treatments and supervising assistants.
Responsibilities:
- Provide home health care.
- Perform manual therapy techniques.
- Perform orthopedic manipulations.
- Assess the patient's physical condition and identify short-term and long-term treatment goals.
Axiom Rehab was established in 1998 by Physical Therapist and Lymphedema Specialist, Deborah Moura to provide outpatient physical therapy services in the home and home health therapy staffing. Over two decades later, Axiom has grown to serve a large market share of the Home Health community of people, including those with lymphedema. Axiom has grown to service the majority of the state of Florida including Tampa, Jacksonville, Central Florida, and parts of South Florida. Axiom is now the preferred Lymphedema partner of Managed Services Organizations (MSOs), Independent Practice Associations (IPAs), large medical groups, health plans, and other healthcare organizations across the state.

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
