What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with licensed Physical Therapists to deliver personalized treatment plans.
- Help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence through hands-on care and therapeutic activities.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and strategies for continued progress.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the care team to ensure outstanding results.
What You Need to Succeed:
- An associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assistance from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a PTA in Tennesse.
- A minimum of one year of clinical experience, preferably in home health care.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
