Line Support Operator

Axiom is seeking Line Support Operators for a food production company located in Winchester, VA. We have both day and night shifts available at this time. These are seasonal positions, set to last 4 months, possibly longer.

The Line Support Operator is responsible for the following :

Stage material for production

Maintain constant stock of material within assigned equipment

Maintain documentation associated with assigned line

Uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times

Adhere to all policies and procedures

Setup oncoming shift for a successful production run

Perform all assigned duties and tasks necessary to support the team including but not limited to :

Cleaning

Restocking

Assisting with setup and breakdown of equipment and / or production line

Available shifts include :

Day shift : 5 : 45am to 6pm, 2-2-3 schedule, $18 / hr

Night shift : 5 : 45pm to 6am, 2-2-3 schedule, $19.50 / hr

The production facility is located in Winchester, VA

This is a seasonal position, it is possible it could go longer, or become a possible temp-to-hire, but not guaranteed

Requirements for consideration for the Line Support Operator position include the following :

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience

Willing and able to take directions from Line Technician adapt to changes in the work environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Works effectively with team members to accomplish collective goals

Complies with performance criteria, standards of conduct, and all employment procedures and responsibilities

Adheres to all safety and environmental protocols

Consistently maintains adequate attendance by arriving on time and ensuring minimal absenteeism, per attendance policy
