Axiom Staffing is seeking motivated candidates for multiple Machine Operating positions on all Shifts for a local food manufacturing company to the Hanover, PA area.
Job Duties
- Starts and stops the machine, as required, to ensure continuity of operation.
- Checks for properly filled and sealed containers.
- Responsible for physically lifting up to 40 pounds, as required.
- Keeps area clean and in accordance with good manufacturing / housekeeping practices.
- Adheres to common safety practices and rules including the wearing of protective clothing and equipment as required.
- Responsible for reporting any safety concerns immediately.
- Adheres to plant hygiene standards to ensure high product integrity.
- Should not leave work area unless given permission by Supervisor and / or Lead.
- Responsible for execution of food safety, legality and quality policies and procedures within the cope of the job responsibilities such as but not limited to : GMP’s, HACCP, safety, product quality, food security, plant security, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor and / or Leadperson.
These positions are temp to hire, with good attendance and the willingness to learn - you can get hired on within 30 days. Opportunity for growth once hired on.
