Axiom Staffing Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our recruiting team in Pooler, GA! As a key member of our branch operations team, you’ll play a vital role in shaping our organizational success through five critical areas:
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruiting - Be the driving force in identifying and attracting top talent to fill our clients’ positions. Success in this role requires:
- Leveraging job boards (e.g., really, CareerBuilder), local ads, job fairs, referral programs, and social media.
- Effectively screening applicants to present only the best candidates to our clients.
- Utilizing excellent written and verbal communication skills, creativity, and a fast-paced yet quality-driven approach.
2. Service Delivery - Delivering exceptional service sets us apart in the staffing industry. You will:
- Schedule and conduct interviews with applicants.
- Collaborate with clients to understand job orders and present qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and provide superior client and candidate experiences.
- Consistently go above and beyond to exceed industry service standards.
3. Inside Sales - Help grow our business by supporting sales efforts, including:
- Identifying leads and sharing them with the business development team.
- Exploring opportunities to deepen relationships with existing accounts.
4. Employee Relations - Maintain strong connections with our temporary workforce to ensure a thriving branch environment. This includes:
- Monitoring performance, providing coaching, and addressing concerns as needed.
- Keeping lines of communication open to foster trust and engagement.
5. Compliance & Administration - Ensure strict adherence to HR compliance standards while managing essential administrative tasks. Responsibilities include:
- Accurate documentation and applicant processing.
- Managing weekly payroll and other branch administrative duties.
