Axiom Staffing is currently hiring for a DeWalt Repair Technician. Located in Norcross, a tool manufacturer , has an immediate opening. The ideal candidate will be testing and reassembling various tools.
Position Responsibilities
Analyzing, reviewing, and modifying parts to be sold
Providing technical feedback on any issues with the product
Assembly work of tools
Lift component parts from crates to workbench to assemble
Checking product for defects
Handling simple repairs to all portable electric and pneumatic tool, light construction equipment, & outdoor products.
Troubleshooting tool failure
Inspecting tools and equipment for safe operation prior to use, returning tools in good condition to appropriate storage area after use.
Completing work orders using repair parts and labor to include pricing and pertinent customer information.
Requirements :
Ability and knowledge of mechanic power tools
Experience working with DeWalt tools is preferred but not required.
